STONBURY JOINS THE 5% CLUB

The 5% Club is a growing network of employers from various industries who together pledge to work towards creating a culture of continuous learning. Becoming a member means promoting workplace learning alongside the development of skills through earn-and-learn opportunities, including apprenticeships, sponsoring students, and graduates in formal training programmes. The membership ensures that over time at least 5% of our workforce participates in these programmes thus supporting the growth of the UK’s skills economy.
