Upskilling our employees

Realising the potential of our current employees allows us to retain talent and gives individuals the opportunity to fulfil their career aspirations. Each year, and with our future leaders in mind, Stonbury runs a development programme accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management. To ensure candidates are fully supported throughout the 12-18 months of work-related study, they are provided with a personal tutor as well as a Stonbury mentor. This combination of specialist input from an accredited body alongside targeted internal support maximises success in gaining the skills, behaviours, tools and mindset to be prepared for the next steps.
