STONBURY CONFIRM 3-YEAR FABRICATION FRAMEWORK WITH SEVERN TRENT & HAFREN DYFRDWY

The framework – running for a three-year term – will cover inspections & scoping, design, faulty diagnosis & repair, emergency call outs, minor repairs to assets including covers, access platforms, grinding & hand railing and general fabrication for both potable and wastewater sites. Stonbury will also have the opportunity to extend the framework for a further five years in the future.

Securing this framework is a key part of Stonbury’s strategy as we are able to offer additional services on top of the existing Service Reservoirs and Water Production Tank Framework that was renewed earlier in the year’.

Currently delivering 20 framework contracts within the water and environmental sectors to protect water quality and enhance asset structures through various remedial works. Stonbury are keen to demonstrate their ‘in-house’ supply and install fabrication capabilities and have recognised that offering expanded services and continuous improvement is critical to maintaining long-term relationships with their clients, satisfying regulator demands and achieving the sector’s sustainability goals.

With our direct capability to specify, manufacture and install the required components, our aim is to provide a seamless service to Severn Trent. Our focus will be to deliver all works safely adapting our procedures as required in recognition of the different working conditions between potable and wastewater sites’.
