Following the Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water Health, Safety & Wellbeing Awards, we’re pleased to share that we were named Winners in the Capital Projects and Capital Contractors category, and Runners-Up for the Health & Wellbeing Award!
Our award relates to the ongoing simplification of our SHWEQ processes with clear evidence that demonstrates a real impact on our overall health and safety performance. In particular, we were able to demonstrate an overall reduction in injuries and an increased level of participation with the initiative.
We were also proud to be shortlisted and named Runners-Up for the Health and Wellbeing Award, for the work of our internal wellbeing committee, a group of individuals committed to supporting the health and wellbeing of our team.
