Apprentice Quantity Surveyor
Spencer’s journey as an apprentice will last five years, resulting in him achieving Chartered Surveyor status with RICS by the age of 23.
Apprenticeships
We are committed to developing people at all levels of their careers. Through partnerships with numerous training providers, we offer a variety of apprenticeships, such as Apprentice Quantity Surveyor and Apprentice Civil Engineer. These programmes combine hands-on workplace experience with formal training.
Our apprentices are embedded in our teams, gaining invaluable real-world experiences while taking dedicated time out to study. All our apprentices are provided with an internal mentor, an excellent employment package, and the time they need to master their chosen profession. Our apprentices come from all walks of life; some have joined us straight from college or university, and others have joined us for a change of career.
