With over 30 years’ experience in contract and commercial management in various construction sectors including health, education and civils, I specialise in contract law and dispute resolution. I enjoy developing people and finding solutions to complex issues. Whilst travelling, I have met quite a few famous faces over the years, and as a child I appeared on the BBC TV show “We Want To Sing”.

Starting with Stonbury as a Site Operative in 1992, I have progressed through every delivery/contracts role to my current position. I specialise in Treated Water Storage Points and Service Reservoir refurbishments, setting the quality and technical standards across all delivery teams and positively influencing safe working. I look forward to continuing to drive Stonbury forward as the best water and environment sustainability specialist.

I joined Panton McLeod as Managing Director in 2011, taking over from my father, who established the business in 1994. My focus is on strategic leadership, with a particular emphasis on broadening market reach and client relationships while also developing new and emerging service opportunities. Previous to that, I spent 12 years as a British Army Officer and helicopter pilot in the Army Air Corps and 11 years in the charity sector.

I manage all frameworks in the North of England for Northumbrian Water, United Utilities, Yorkshire Water and works for Scottish Water. With over 18 years’ experience in the industry, I oversee strategic client management, am passionate about collaboration and sustainability, and proud to have contributed towards key carbon and safety initiatives at Stonbury and with our clients. In 2024, I drank nothing but clean water for the year in support of WaterAid.

I am responsible for our delivery teams, recruitment, resource allocation and SHWEQ in the West of England. I manage the team’s P&L and forecast future delivery. Starting with Stonbury 14 years ago as a Site Coordinator, I now specialise in reservoir refurbishments, membranes and steel coatings. I hold NEBOSH General and Construction qualifications. My goal is to continue growing and supporting our team’s success.

I am responsible for the safe delivery of high-quality schemes for our clients in the East of England, whilst ensuring sustainable profits for Stonbury. Having worked in the industry for 22 years,13 years of which at Stonbury, I am proud of the substantial growth of my team over recent years and am excited to continue to guide them to deliver safe, meaningful interventions to protect our water supply and local environments.

I am responsible for setting the strategic direction of Safety, Health, Wellbeing, Environment and Quality across the business. This includes co-leading our behavioural-based programme (OPEN), accounting for emerging business risks & opportunities, embedding a learning culture and monitoring performance. I am an Army veteran and Chartered Health & Safety professional with over 13 years’ experience driving innovation and continuous improvement.

I lead our Finance and Payroll teams, preparing management accounts, annual financial statements and analysis for decision-making. Beginning my career as a Purchase Ledger Clerk, my journey developed as I earnt my Association of Chartered Certified Accountants qualification whilst progressing through more senior roles. I am proud of my ability to multi-task, prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment and communicate across all levels.

My role involves looking after the People team as well as the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and retention to engagement, learning and development. I am experienced in human resources, people management, employment law and am a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Outside the workplace, I enjoy engaging in fitness challenges and caring for my pet axolotl.

I have been leading Stonbury’s technology operations for over 11 years, with a BSc in Computer Science and nearly 20 years of IT experience. Specialising in Microsoft technologies, IT strategy and infrastructure management, I’ve led successful system migrations to Microsoft Azure, implemented robust security protocols and driven significant cost reductions. Outside of work, I enjoy walking, travelling, and exploring new cultures.

I lead the Supply Chain Team, whose focus is to enable sustainable project delivery through management of materials, equipment, fleet and premises. I have worked in supply chain management across various industries, and I hold an MSc in Logistics & Supply Chain Management. I look forward to continuing to develop our supply chain to support our growth and sustainability journey. Outside of work, I enjoy BBQing.

With over 10 years’ experience in the water industry, I am responsible for the management of all strategic bid submissions throughout the bid procurement lifecycle. Since starting with Stonbury, I have gained knowledge in various aspects of the business including strategic growth, commercial, and project delivery. I am passionate about the environment and enjoy outdoor adventures in my spare time, as well as looking after my pet tortoise, George.

With over 20 years’ experience in Business Development, including 2 years at Stonbury, I am responsible for maximising business growth through proactive client engagement. I specialise in understanding client needs and delivering swift, effective solutions, taking pride in contributing directly to Stonbury’s success. As a passionate Hull City football fan, I’ve worked with them in every division of the English Football League.

As the Marketing Manager, I leverage my expertise to drive growth, enhance brand awareness, and foster collaboration to support our vision of being the best water and sustainability specialist. With 8 years of industry experience, I understand the challenges faced and champion our exceptional work and steadfast commitment to sustainable solutions. Outside work, I like baking, family walks, and enjoying good food.
