Lauren Charnley - Quantity Surveyor

Lauren Charnley Quantity Surveyor

I am responsible for commercial management on construction contracts, including preparing quotes, negotiations, cost tracking and payment applications. With 11 years of experience in housebuilding and subcontracting, I joined Stonbury in 2023 to further my career. I hold an HNC in Surveying. Currently working towards Senior QS and Chartership, I balance my career with life as a busy mum of two boys.

John Scott  - Project Manager

John Scott Project Manager

Having started working at Stonbury in 2022, I have progressed from Site Coordinator to Project Manager and now specialise in slow sand filters. I hold various qualifications such as SMSTS and Confined Space, and am passionate about the work we do in sustainability. I am proud to be in the wellbeing committee making a difference to positive health and mindset. Outside of work I love the world of TV, film and theatre.

Dale Hickey - SHWEQ Advisor

Dale Hickey SHWEQ Advisor

I joined Stonbury in 2012 as a Site Operative, gaining unique experience beyond typical construction work. After leaving to gain management experience, I returned in 2022 as a Site Supervisor. Within six months, I became a Site Coordinator, and a year later, a Project Coordinator. I am delighted to now be a SHWEQ Advisor for my region. With support from the team, I’ve honed my skills, have a professional development plan in place and am excited for my future at Stonbury.

Kimberley Dodge Bid Manager

With over 10 years’ experience in the water industry, I am responsible for the management of all strategic bid submissions throughout the bid procurement lifecycle. Since starting with Stonbury, I have gained knowledge in various aspects of the business including strategic growth, commercial and project delivery. I am passionate about the environment and enjoy outdoor adventures in my spare time, as well as looking after my pet tortoise, George.

Using my Master’s degree in Occupational Safety, Health and Wellbeing, my role involves supporting our teams across the West of England to ensure health and safety compliance. I am passionate about cultivating a proactive approach to health and safety and am committed to driving continuous improvement. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring beautiful places, playing games and spending quality time with my family.

Brodie Pick  - Site Operative

Brodie Pick Site Operative

After starting my career as an apprentice joiner, I joined Stonbury in 2023 as a Site Operative. I am currently working on the Asset Management Services framework for Severn Trent Water, focusing on sustainability, with the goal of progressing my career within Stonbury. I hold qualifications in Confined Space, CSCS, and dumper driving.
