Stonbury has completed a range of grounds maintenance services at 78 sites across a client’s estate. The team is continuing to attend sites on a reactive basis. The works are taking place on non-public-access sites to maintain the safety of site operatives and prevent shrubs and trees from encroaching on neighbouring domestic properties.
It is vital to maintain asset sites as overgrown vegetation can damage infrastructure and cover trip or fall hazards. Actions include:
- Hedge trimming
- Grass mowing
- Removing overgrown vegetation and invasive species
- Tree works
- Identifying hazards
- Isolating or removing hazards
- Informing the client and agreeing any remedial action
Toolbox talks on invasive species, biosecurity, site hygiene and working with the public are provided to team members before work on each new site begins.
Live updates are posted on Stonbury’s online Client Portal, a website which allows clients to engage with the programme in real time.
