Stonbury appoints new Chief Executive Officer, Colin Perry-Davis.
Stonbury, the leading water and environment sustainability specialist, has appointed Colin Perry-Davis as CEO, effective 1 January 2026.

Colin has a wealth of relevant industry experience that will serve the business well in its next phase of growth, most recently as CEO of Rock Compliance for the last five years. Trevor M Hoyle MBA LLM CEng FICE FIoD, who has led the business for the last 4.5 years, is retiring and will continue as a Non-Executive Director.

Colin will lead the next phase of Stonbury’s growth, further developing its range of water, wastewater and nature-based, low-carbon environmental services.

Commenting on his appointment, Colin Perry-Davis said: “I am incredibly excited to be joining Stonbury as CEO. Trevor and the rest of the management team have built a great foundation, and Stonbury has a strong reputation, a clear purpose and a team that cares deeply about its work and its clients.
